Alberta Serious Incident Response Team (ASIRT)

The ASIRT Investigation requested numerous investigations into serious allegation of police misconduct, coverups and of injuries from attacks. The City does not investigate these matters, they refer the matters to the authorities. During their term, the City was provided with many claims of misconduct and has requested a few of the items to be investigated.

The ASIRT Investigation has been blocked now, This raises serious concerns about Judicial Interference and accountability in Government. Change is needed. Stopping wrongdoing within municipalities is key, along with all levels of government. We have demonstrated that it is very much possible to reduce taxes, become more efficient and effective in government. Be smarter. Government is the only industry that never becomes more efficient over time or with technological advancement. That is simply not possible, we need more transparency and more creativity and out of the box thinking, while shining the light on wrongdoing and proving we will not put up with it.  It stops now.

RCMP caught allegedly, conducting illegal activity in Chestermere.

The Chestermere RCMP were caught conducting illegal activity, to file fake charges against an elected Mayor, and a CAO. In an effort to stop the City of Chestermere considering replacing the RCMP. July 24, 2023 9:38am the RCMP accidentally emailed evidence of their illegal plot.

The Mayor immediately spoke with the City lawyer and referred them to a top criminal lawyer in Calgary. He immediately got ahold of the head crown prosecutor, to disclose this plot. The lawyer recommended we contact the Minister of Justice, Mickey Amery & Deputy Premier Mike Ellis for an emergency meeting. Councilor Foat and Mayor Colvin met with both ministers without delay and the lawyer insisted we have the building immediately swept for listening devices, the focus of the RCMP fake charges.

Municipal Affairs Uncovers Hidden Losses from 2017–2020 Chalmers Council

Part of the ASIRT complaint was the RCMP failing to charge a man, approx. 40 yrs old, lives on the lake, for  allegedly attacking and  beating two young women approx. 19 & 20 yrs old from Chestermere, outside the Dockside Pub, after the both peoples had been attending the Bulls on the Beach event earlier, though none knew each other.  Allegedly the perpetrator is a friend of a RCMP officer. We were told there were many witnesses of the attack and beating and multiple video of the event, showing the man dragging one of the girls across the parking lot by her hair and twice disrobing the girls. Allegedly one of the  establishments would not share their video as the perpetrator was a customer of theirs, though so were the young women. RCMP were called and allegedly the officer indicated they would not file charges. Allegedly, they contacted sergeant Klassen who would also not file charges. This must be investigated, why the RCMP can make this decision and complete the investigation into filing charges against the man.
